FormFast Integrates with Carestream Dental to Streamline Core Processes at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust – Bury Dental

Since its formation in 2002, Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust has grown to become one of the UK’s leading providers of community and mental health services.

Their vision is to deliver the best possible care to patients, people and families in their local communities, by working effectively with partners to help people to live well. They employ 6,000 staff who provide care to 1.3 million people across six boroughs of Greater Manchester.

Among other community health services, Pennine Care delivers community and (including emergency) urgent dental services across Bury, Oldham and Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale.

Two Bury Dental surgical sites will be implementing FormFast’s eSignature solution. eSignature is FormFast’s solution for electronically signing electronic eForms. Patient signatures are captured on a signing device or a mobile tablet supporting e-signature capabilities and are applied to the eForms. The e-signed documents are routed directly to the electronic patient record, accelerating the archival process.

Bury Dental chose to turn to FormFast’s solution due to the various restrictions and limitations found in their current system. FormFast will integrate with their health information system, CareStream to bring a new level of efficiency to Pennine NHS Trust.
