The critical access hospital located in Globe, AZ will be implementing FormFast eSignature solution for their MEDITECH 6.0 environment. eSignature is FormFast’s solution for electronically signing electronic forms.

Cobre Valley is a current FormFast customer leveraging Web FormImprint and FastPrint. With Web FormImprint, FormFast eForms are organized and accessible in an online repository, imprinted dynamically for archival, and can be printed as needed by clinical staff. FastPrint is FormFast’s platform for automatic output.
