Centegra Health System is committed to meeting the health care needs of the residents of greater McHenry County and to making services available in multiple and convenient locations, including hospitals in McHenry and Woodstock, Immediate and Physician Care Centers, Centegra Sage Cancer Center, Health Bridge Fitness Centers and the newly opened Centegra Hospital–Huntley.
Centegra’s hospitals currently leverage FormFast FastPrint and FormImprint to complement their McKesson Paragon environment. By enabling the utilization of FormFast’s technology, the hospital’s clinical forms are organized and accessible in an electronic repository, imprinted dynamically for archival and easily printed as needed by clinical staff.
Due to continued success with FormFast solutions, Centegra will add FormFast Capture, Web FormImprint, eSignature and FastFlow to their list of FormFast products.
