West Virginia University Health Turns to FormFast to Help Support New Enterprise IT Initiative Towards Standardization and Consolidation

As part of their IT department’s efforts to standardize and consolidate, the Epic hospital turned to FormFast to help them in consolidating their forms library as well as to develop and design a server setup that would allow their seven hospitals to run on a single instance. The successful forms optimization assessment and strategy created by FormFast will support the organization’s high-level mission to streamline processes, consolidate systems, and accelerate care.
